How long does it take to execute an order to withdraw funds?

Withdrawal of funds in tenge from a brokerage account to a bank account is carried out within one business day. Withdrawing funds in foreign currency from a brokerage account to a bank account takes three business days or more.

Where is the client's money kept by the broker?

The client's funds and securities are stored in the client's sub-account, in the Central Securities Depository (for trading on KASE), in AIX CSD (for trading on the AIFC exchange), in an account with a custodian bank/foreign settlement organization (JSC "Eurasian Bank" , Bank CenterCredit JSC, Freedom Bank JSC, Ardshinbank JSC, etc.).

What laws does the broker follow?

The broker operates in accordance with the Law on the Securities Market, the Rules for Brokerage and (or) Dealer Activities on the Securities Market, and other regulatory legal acts. The internal document regulating the company's brokerage activities is the Regulations for brokerage activities on the securities market.
