Notice on Receipt of Regulatory Instruction 31.03.2025 SQIF Capital JSC (hereinafter – the Company) hereby informs that on 1 April 2025, it received a written instruction from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market due to non-compliance with the information security requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Notification of Administrative Fine 03.03.2025 SQIF Capital JSC (the Company) hereby notifies that it has received a resolution from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market imposing an administrative penalty on the Company under Administrative Offense Report No. 250000440000051 dated 13 February 2025 (the Resolution) for a violation of Part 6 of Article 262 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.
