Dear Clients!

Hereby “SQIF Capital” JSC (hereinafter - Broker) informs you re approval of the Model agreement for the provision of brokerage services and nominal holding services in a new edition (hereinafter - Agreement) and new Broker Tariffs by the Resolution Management Board №18/111 November 18, 2024 and of the Board of the Broker No. 22/11/24-1 dated November 25, 2024.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, amendments to the agreement and/or Tariffs and/or the Broker's Regulations may be included by the Broker unilaterally and are brought to the attention of the Client by posting this information on the official Internet resource of the Broker www.sqif.kz not less than 15 (fifteen) calendar days before the amendments come into force.

If the Broker does not receive written disagreement from the Client with the amendments included to the Agreement and/or Tariffs, the parties to the Agreement agree that the Agreement continues to be valid on the amended and/or supplemented terms, and the Client agrees with the changes and/or additions made into it.

On the basis of the aforementioned, would you please consider the approved form of the Agreement on the Broker’s website in the “Forms of Agreements” section at the link: /en/uslugi/formy_dogovorov/ and the new Tariffs in the “Tariffs” section at the link: /en/uslugi/tarify/.

If you disagree with the new version of the Agreement or the new Tariffs, you are entitled to terminate the Agreement unilaterally by written notification of the Broker.
