Approval of the Model Agreement for the provision of brokerage services and nominee services in a new edition

Dear Clients!

Hereby EuroCenterAstana JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Broker) informs you reapproval of the Model agreement for the provision of brokerage services and nominal holding services in a new edition (hereinafter - Agreement) by the Resolution of the Board of the Broker No. 21/12-1 dated December 21, 2023.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, amendments to the agreement and/or Tariffs and/or the Broker's Regulations may be included by the Broker unilaterally and are brought to the attention of the Client by posting this information on the official Internet resource of the Broker www.sqif.kz not less than 15 (fifteen) calendar days before the amendments come into force.

If the Broker does not receive written disagreement from the Client with the amendments included to the Agreement and/or Tariffs, the parties to the Agreement agree that the Agreement continues to be valid on the amended and/or supplemented terms, and the Client agrees with the changes and/or additions made into it.

If you disagree with the new version of the Agreement, you are entitled to terminate the Agreement unilaterally by written notification of the Broker.
